The love of God & the authentic you...

Are you allowing safe & predictable to dictate your walk with Christ? Do you say you love Him, but know you're not totally living for Him? How do you know God will do the impossible unless you trust Him to do it? How do you know God uses the foolish & weak to confound the wise unless you're willing to look foolish & weak? How do you know the boldness of the Holy Spirit will flow through you unless you've risked being bold? Are you doing what's comfortable for you...in name of Jesus? Don't reason yourself out of the plans God purposed for you long ago. Following Christ will turn you inside out-it's an uncomfortable, unknown & sometimes unbearable journey, but it's the path to your authenticity...walking out the desires God put in your heart. You will work hard & be tired, but it's a tired that pleases God & prospers you, unlike labor done in vain when a person does what seems right. Nothing compares to knowing the love God has for you & being known by Him- you know Him & He knows you. This relationship is where your security & identity are found-you're approved so you no longer have to prove. You're valuable because of Who you belong to not what you do for Him, but you won't know until you walk out what you profess to believe about Him. I pray you will accept all the love God has for you & don't miss...being known by Him. (Lk 18:27, 1 Cor 1:27, Acts 4:31, Eph 2:10, Ps 127:1-2, Phil 3:10)
