Minimizing and ignoring unresolved hurt keeps a person
chained to the experience; unable to live in the present because life is
lived...through their past. Until a person addresses their hurt, they
are chained to their past. An
unresolved hurt is as alive as the day it happened, but because it has
many layers of life on it, it is not always identifiable...which leads
people to believe they got over it. The unresolved hurt from the past
distorts their perception...keeping the view of the present obscured.
Ask Jesus to search your heart and show you what you have not dealt
with. Jesus came to
save, bind up our wounds, free us from captivity and to bring us out of
darkness-to heal us (Isaiah 61:1). Let Him heal you. Only Jesus can put
back in us
what was taken by another or give to us what another did not give. Where
the Spirit of
the Lord is, there is freedom (2 Cor 3:17). Will
you receive His love into your heart today and be completely healed?

Shining God's truth across the world (Mt 5:16). When we lay down who we think we should be...we make room to become who God says we can be-His masterpiece to do the good works He planned long ago (Eph 2:10).
