Doubt, pride & arrogance...the three ugly cousins!

Salvation gets you to Heaven, but before you go...you've got a job to do! God's purposed you with specific strengths & qualities to glorify Him-to make a difference in this world for Him. Do you know your strengths & qualities? If you do, are you using them as God has instructed? If not, you may or may not be successful but you will feel a gnawing void in you that's never satisfied. You'll work harder but never satisfied-inevitably you experience fatigue, frustration & failure! It's because you're doing life your way…there's a way that seems right in the mind but leads to death. Ask God to search your heart & reveal if your ways are in opposition to His truth. Often it's the three ugly cousins that keep people from walking out God's plans-their names are doubt, pride & arrogance. They're no match for God, but you've got to be willing to receive the wisdom God gives so He can help you. If not, the ugly cousins will wreck you & it's never pretty!

God will bring to completion what He started...your part is to agree with His truth so He can. His grace is available 24/7-covers everything...all that you are not & everything you need to do & be. All God asks is that you trust Him with all your heart & say, "yes Lord." He does the rest...really He does. Save yourself a lifetime of frustration, fatigue & failure-seek God first; nothing else matters until you do. Know the Word so you can stand firm when the enemy whispers lies that you don't have what it takes. It's crucial you renew your mind with the Word daily or the the enemy will make a mess of your mind!

Are you ready to stop working harder to gain ground & begin to completely trust God with the life He planned for you-using the strengths & qualities He purposed in you? I pray you won't allow deception to convince you to do life your way one more day...it doesn't work!
