Focus & move forward…every step you take & each thought you have today is an investment in forever-because forever begins right now. Raise your expectations beyond what you can think of or imagine based on God's promises & His hope...not your preconceived ideas & what you can discern. The human mind can't comprehend how God will deliver His promises. Many don't want to be let down so they lower their expectations-this results in you expecting less. If you expect less, then that's exactly what you will get! Don't get stuck in this mindset-God can't let you down because He can't lie. Don't confuse your timeline with God's-He delivers what He promises!
Keep your eyes on God, renew your mind with His truth, take a breath, then a step, take care of your daily duties...then do it again & again & again. Don't allow your preconceived ideas to distort God's truth & your perception. The human mind can't imagine or understand how, when, why, what & where God will do things. Those who believed & loved Jesus were distraught after His death; they had a preconceived idea of how God's promise would be fulfilled…"we had hoped that He was the One Who was going to redeem Israel." After Jesus' resurrection He asked the disciples, "why are you troubled & why do doubts raise in your minds?" God will do exceedingly, abundantly more than you could ever dare think of or ask for according to His power that's at work within you!
God's fullness is available to you, but you must appropriate His fullness by completely surrendering to & relying on Him to fulfill His plans through you.
