Discouragement
wants you to believe the trials you're going through right now are just
a way of life. This is a partial truth-trials are an ongoing part of
life. But discouragement omitted the rest of the truth...no trial is
wasted in the hands of God! If you're seeking God the best you know how,
He's working behind the scenes. The things intended to cause
harm-God's using for good (Gen 50:20)! So
hold on friend-your faith is being tested which develops your
perseverance. Faith & perseverance work in tandem to strengthen your
spiritual muscles-making you mature & ready for the next season God
will take you in (James 1:2-4). Keep your eyes on Jesus-don't let
discouragement bring you down...God's using these trials to lift you up!
Tell discouragement so long-you have no time to entertain his partial
lies. You're focused on the work God's doing in & through you...the
