into God & His Word when life presses on you-it's your confidence
for life. When you're overwhelmed & feel you're out of resources
with no plans-that's when you know the power that's at work within you
& find out God is faithful to come through...if you will wait on
Him.
These seasons increase your faith in God, heightened your sensitivity to the prompting of the Holy Spirit & enable you to know His truth sets you free! Don't be naive, God will turn you inside out by challenging your beliefs, flushing out insecurities & purging your pride. It's a raw & vulnerable process where you discover God's love for you & that your value is in Who you belong to-not what you do! You trade your false confidence for His unwavering boldness & your need to prove for His approval. You learn to trust the promptings of the Holy Spirit-despite what your mind says & your eyes see. Daily you learn to push back & take another step into the unknown. Some days weariness depletes every cell in your body & you entertain quitting…then God sends encouragement that energizes your entire being & you know you can do it because His Spirit fuels you.
You come to know without a doubt where you stand with God, that His love sustains, comforts & protects you…every one of His promises are true & He supplies all your needs! Apart from Him you can do nothing-but with His strength in you, you can do all things! All your hope is in Him because of Who He is-not what He does. The greatest part of these seasons being over isn't so much that they're over, but it's what you know when they are over…you are loved by your Father, He will never leave you & He has good plans for you!
