Know the truth Jesus Christ gives & distinguish it from what the world offers-His truth sets you free! Do you want to live in freedom & walk out your destiny? Then follow Christ-He planned your life long ago. Jesus is the only door to you living the life God's called you to-He's the way, truth & life. His Holy Spirit lives in you & will guide you in all truth.
Be careful what you hear; see to it that no one takes you captive through hollow & deceptive philosophies...by adding or taking away from His Word. Our human minds can't wrap around God's truth-it's too big for us to comprehend, but we have the privilege to take the generous supply He offers daily. Accepting God's truth guarantees peace in our minds & hearts-although we're subjected to the troubles of this world, we're promised to come through each one, if we follow God. Our minds can't comprehend how God's ways work-His ways are higher than ours. We have the mind of Christ because He offers us His truth & the Holy Spirit will guide us-we're part of Him, but we're not equal to Him. There's a way that seems right in the mind, but leads to death.
Every person has a faith deposit from God-we're prewired to search for meaning outside of ourselves so that we ultimately choose Jesus as our Savior & allow His love to give us our identity in Christ-then we're to follow Him to fulfill the plans He purposed for us long ago. God loves each person He created, but He won't force His love-each individual is given the choice to receive or reject His love. Many say they love God, but don't follow His instructions for receiving His promises of protection & provision. They pick & choose the parts of God's truth they agree with then add worldly beliefs. God's truth doesn't change & that's in our favor. If God allowed His truth to be modified according to the understanding or acceptance of every a person who said they believed in Him-we would live in mayhem!
We live in a changing world, but have an unchanging God! We can be certain of His deliverance despite the uncertainty we're going through. Adding or taking away from God's truth is flirting with disaster-causing confusion in your mind while rejecting His protection & provisions. Don't drown in the grandeur of self & do life your way...you'll forfeit God's plans, protection & promises. Will you seek God & know His truth & then embrace His truth to set you free?
