Are
you already feeling agitated today... overwhelmed with the things you
need to do? Then you're looking at this day through your strength which
invites a spirit of dread & it will beat you up! Right now remind
yourself of the promise Jesus offers; "Peace I leave with you; My [own]
peace I now give & bequeath to you. Not as the world gives do I give
to you. Do not let your hearts be troubled or afraid. Stop allowing
yourselves to be agitated & disturbed-don't permit yourselves to be
fearful, intimidated, cowardly & unsettled." You don't have to dread
