Anxiety thumps on your chest when you're faced
with an impossible situation and begins to flood you with questions
like...what are you going to do, how's this going to impact your
children, is there enough money, what will people say, are you too old,
do they know what you did, do you think he can keep this job, will you
fit in, what if they do a background check...? God tells us to not have
anxiety about anything, Seek Him and trust that He will supply all our needs. God's clear-He's got the
situation covered; He's an anxiety crusher! We're not to worry-ever!
When we believe this, He goes to work...by the way, all those questions
that anxiety wants you to panic about-God's got each one covered. Have
faith in His ability to handle your inability, when you do...God will
give you words to speak, the courage and stamina you don't have, lead
you to people who can help you, give you fresh ideas, work through
devastating grief, restore dead relationships, forgive the unforgivable,
connect you to the job that's matched to your skills, lead you to a
friend who will understand and walk with you, find the school that has
the teacher who knows how to work with your child, see the doctor that
has a cure for your disease, connect you with the loan officer who meets
you instead of your FICO score, gives you the opportunity you've needed
to market your concept-but most of all...God's there for you-He loves
you and He will handle anything you're up against...if you have faith
in Him. God's love soothes your mind, heart and soul-letting you rest in
Him no matter what you're facing. Let His love bring your mind into
proper focus of His truth...you're loved by Him! (Phil 4:6, Mt 6:33, Mk
11:22, Eph 3:20) 2/9/13CIFL-LMM
Shining God's truth across the world (Mt 5:16). When we lay down who we think we should be...we make room to become who God says we can be-His masterpiece to do the good works He planned long ago (Eph 2:10).
