This journey is not to discourage you...it's
to equip you! You can climb the mountain if you completely rely on God's strength-He has gone before you & made a path. You can't see it from where you're standing; you must begin
the climb-trust God. Recall what He whispered to your heart-this will
give you hope.
While climbing, doubt will question your direction; at different points the path appears to stop, but it's a mirage in your mind...playing tricks on you. Just keep moving & stay focused-God's with you, He's your ever present help. Don't entertain doubt-it leads to fatigue & confusion. The Holy Spirit's behind you-watching your steps & will call out to you if you get off the path.
Many bends appears to lead to dead ends at first glance, but look again they're not. Most lose direction at this point because they're convinced they've missed God. They turn around reasoning it's an end & they go back down the mountain feeling defeated, embarrassed & foolish. They believe they missed God; a barrage of doubt paralyzes their confidence. But what they don't know is what they thought was an end was actually another bend in the path. The angle of the bend skewed their ability to see around the corner. Keep moving-there's more around the bend. God planned this journey for you long ago & He will lead you on it. He goes before you & follows behind you with His Hand of blessing on you.
