Grief releases your pain...

Allowing yourself to grieve a loss validates your pain; the recognition that what happened to you matters. Grief releases your pain...moving it through and out of you. Grief is for a time...then you are to move forward where God's waiting to take you into a new season (Ecc 3:1). 11/29/12CIFL-LMM
