No verdict given by man is final...only God's Word is final!

No verdict given by man is final...only God's Word is final. When we experience devastating news, we've got to cling to Him; His hope anchors us-not what we see and hear. The day after Jesus went to the Cross... emotions of despair, hopelessness and uncertainty flooded His loved ones; they had hinged their hope and the direction of their life on Him living-then He went away. We've all been in this situation...we're dazed as we receive devastating news, we never expected it, our mind spins because we can't grasp the reality of what happened-it seems so surreal but it's real and we don't know what to do. God knows and He's in control. The day after Jesus went to the cross His loved ones became hopeless-they had put their hope in what they could see. What they could not see was Jesus making a way for them-overcoming the world... the answer to their despair. And it's what we can't see during our despair and unknowns; Jesus making a way for us-every time. Each end brings a new beginning...but there's a middle part before the new beginning-leaving what we know while on the way to what we don't know, but trusting God's promise that He will abundantly provide all we need; even when our hearts are flooded with despair. Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed-Jesus is risen and He's making a way for you where you can't see a way! No verdict given by man is final...only God's Word is final.
