Don't answer the door when Self Defeat knocks!!!

Don't answer the door...self defeat is knocking!!! If you really knew how much God loved you, you'd think and act differently. You'd know you are fearfully and wonderfully made-God's masterpiece knitted together by His hands. Jesus lives on the inside of you-giving you His confidence and the resources to overcome...anything. Don't answer the door when self defeat knocks!!! Self-defeat wants to bind you in fear, anticipate let downs, be afraid of being passed over, rejected and unfulfilled. Self defeat is a liar all the time!!! There's no fear in God's love-dread does not exist; His love expels every trace of terror. Self defeat introduces itself as a concern but evolves into insecurities and fear. Jesus didn't engage in satan's challenges, He responded with scripture...we're to do the same. When self-defeat wants to entertain your thoughts...slam the door and renew your mind with scripture-God's truth. Continue to speak aloud the promises of God throughout the day, agree with what He says-His truth...not your feelings. You will begin to think and act different because God's truth transforms your mind and heart. Daily agree with God's truth-He loves you and is for you! When you know God's love, self-defeat loses his power, he can't lie to you and confuse you anymore...  so don't answer the door when he knocks!!!
