Renew your mind...

Straightforward Renewal of the Mind Facts...Our spirit is instantly saved but our mind must be constantly renewed. When we confessed with our mouths that Jesus is Lord & believed in our heart that God raised Jesus from the dead, we were saved...but our mind was not. We have to constantly renew our mind...second by second. Continually pulling down strongholds & replacing the lies with God's truth. Consistency is the key to victory-God's ways work all the time & in every situation...but we must work them all the time & in every situation...to get them to work all the time. The enemy wants you to believe that your particular situation is soooo unique that God's Words can't renew your mind & replace the lies you continue to hear...Well, guess what? The enemy is lying to you...again! God's truth has no unique exclusions-He existed & His Word existed before any of your unique problems did. I'm not minimizing your pain...but you have to quit agreeing with its catastrophic outcome. God's ways work in every situation-including your catastrophic thinking. I pray you allow the victory of overcoming that lives in you...to rescue your mind. Agree with His Word-you're valued, loved, God has good plans for you-you're called to fulfill a great purpose. God's Word does not lie...don't confuse His promises with others who have lied to you & let you down. Our Father can't lie & He loves you friend...so let Him love & restore your mind. 9/2012CIFL-LMM
